Your music is fantastic, I really admire the work of composers and I really appreciate that you have left this package for the public.

I used 2 of your songs for my game, Of course giving you credits in the game and on the game page

https://robertoivy-01.itch.io/ivys-eternal-rush

I would really appreciate it if you would consider giving it a try. And thanks for the music💛

Heya! Glad you like the music :D It's a fun game too, I love the art style. I ended up with 1072 points. Gets pretty frantic when things start going fast

Very good soundtracks! Used some for a game im working on. The only - is that a gameplay video is sent to tiktok got absolutely bombed becuase of using penultimate

Glad you like the music, can you be more specific on getting bombed on TikTok? There should be no restrictions on this music and if someone is claiming it as their own I want to know so I can drop the hammer on 'em

basically, whenever i put a bit too much of the song on video tiktok removes the sound :(

I'll reach out to my distributor and see what's up there, thanks for letting me know!

(+1)

I absolutely loved your music, so I used your tracks in my game! Thank you for creating such amazing music.

Steam: https://store.steampowered.com/app/3224750/Slot__Dungeons_Demo/

Hey this looks amazing! What a cool concept I'll have to check it out :)

(+1)

I used one of your songs for my latest game Colour Shoot. Feel free to play it if you want. Also, great work with the music, keep it up :)

https://plap101.itch.io/colour-shoot

I can't seem to rotate my character, is it by the mouse or by arrow keys? I like the concept of it though!

It should be WASD I'm pretty sure. Thanks for playing it!

(1 edit)

hey! I used some of your songs on this little jam project:

https://bonkzitos.itch.io/bonk-os

i won the jam and im certain that the music was a key aspect to it.  I'm a big fan of your work, bro. keep it up

the submission page and the game itself are all in brazilian portuguese, so... sorry for that lol

PS: im planning on entering another jam this month, gonna use your songs again. if i manage to win, I'll make sure to support your work with a share of the prize. i realize thats only fair enough. its hard donating in dollars when you live in brazil :(

I checked out the trailer and I love the vibes of having a lot of little games together! Congratulations on the jam win as well, that's amazing :) Good luck on the future jam, too. Looking forward to seeing it!

(+1)

It has great vibe, used it for a space shooter: https://iamsul.itch.io/starshooter

Hey this is fantastic, great vibes! Lots of neat powerup options too :)

I used so many of the tracks from this pack for my game "Wrath of Raccoon 2: Prelude. https://xlcdragon.itch.io/wrath-of-raccoon-origins

This looks cool as heck! Lots of great pixel art too :D I'm glad that you are enjoying the music!

(+1)

It's incredible what you did, thank you very much! I'll keep you posted on the release of my game.

Good luck! Can't wait to see it

used sanctuary for end of my game jam game. Thanks, I wouldn't have made it without your music. https://k12t12.itch.io/head-tower

I love how trippy the art style is :D Boy it's tough too, I got a combined head and then immediately died so I didn't get to see what it did. Guess I got greedy haha

(+1)

Yes, the game turned out to be a little more difficult than I originally thought.

Ha! that happens, it's a cool idea though, I like the simplicity in the options. I always get too greedy and never get the health up :P

Do you have the individual BPMs for these songs? I want to use them for a rhythm game

Ah I do not off hand, good thought for the future! Gimmie a list of the ones you'd like to use and I'll try to get those for you in the next day or two :)

I should mention that since these songs were made in Famitracter, the BPM should be a multiple of 30. Most likely they are either 120, 150, or 180 bpm.

Used Peguins vs. Rabbits for my game! Thanks for making these available. https://teejabs.itch.io/obbstinate

This looks really cool! I'll have to give it a try when I have time. Glad you enjoy the music :)

(+1)

Heyy I love your music!! I used "Rumble at the Gates" in my game jam game here https://yelloej.itch.io/nuetrabox

(+1)

Played through all the levels! Really good use of mechanical switches to make things a little more complex. Great work on this :)

Awesome songs. I used Puzzle Pieces and Candy in my gam jam submission https://darienmc.itch.io/bouldering-bounce

This is a great idea! I love the map to tell where you're at on the mountain. I'm glad you like the songs! :)

(1 edit) (+1)

This album is an absolute banger. I've used candy for background music for my game jam submission https://legitcheems.itch.io/server-madness

(+1)

I'm so glad you enjoy the music! This is a fun game! Surprisingly difficult to maintain everything heh

very nice stuff. We may attempt to find a use for some of these XD
even if it's just listening to the sick tunes

(+1)

Heck yeah I'm glad you're enjoying it! If you ever just wanted to listen to the music I do have this album on Bandcamp :) https://abstractionmusic.bandcamp.com/album/three-red-hearts

(+1)

i love this album! I used Box Jump as the main bg music for my game jam game https://potate-oh.itch.io/project-boned

Ha this is fantastic, I like the game name XD

I used some songs from this amazing album in my game.  Great work!
https://transcoder.itch.io/legend-of-jax

Hey this game is sick! It was definitely challenging b ut not overly so. Was able to beat the boss using the shadow ability and then attacking a bunch when everyone was frozen. Great art style and feel to the game!

(1 edit)

Thank you!  I'm so glad you enjoyed it.  After the judging is completed for the game jam I'll keep on working on it.

Loved the energy of Sanctuary, had to use it for my map music in Spammerina:
https://store.steampowered.com/app/3077930/Spammerina/

Ha! What a great  concept, I'll have to keep an eye on this one :)

(1 edit)

Thank you so much for this incredible music. It was used in my recent game jam entry The Journey of Gumdrop.

It suited the style of game really well.

I like the idea of enemy drops combining into powerups while you play, that's a fun way to strategize! I dig the art style too :)

Used this for my entry in the weekly Trijam game jam. The music really elevated the game, thanks so much for putting these great tunes on itch.io

Hey good job! Those drop games are really fun to make. I did one as a joke for a streamer friend of mine about a year ago XD https://tallbeard.itch.io/soopdrop

(+1)

I used two of the tracks again for my Trijam entry. Thanks so much for making this music!

Hey this one is great too, nice and simple. I like that you can only hit people once, adds a neat layer to it.

Thank you for making this album available for use, it's such a nice range of awesome music! I cut down a couple songs to use as stingers for my retro-inspired game jam entry, they add just the feeling I was looking for: SnakeVerse.

Heya! I'm glad that you like the music and it fits your project well :) I like the idea of multi-dimensional snake and contrats on making everything from scratch! C++ sounds scary 😅

It is kinda scary ngl, but I learned a bit about it using Unreal Engine. Definitely weird going backwards into the language itself and figuring out how to structure it all. Thanks for checking it out, and again for your awesome music!

Oh how is Unreal? I moved recently from Unity to Godot and I am not loving GDScript. I might try Godot with C# and see if that suits me better :)

I really want to like Unreal. It's such a powerful piece of software, but it's almost too powerful, you know? For working on large games with a large team, it's fantastic. Now that I am doing a lot more stuff on my own, I have really grown to hate it. Plus with the huge file sizes, it's hard to get people to try it, and it never runs well on low-spec, or even medium-spec hardware.

I really like Godot, it's a good choice. I really love how it combines the idea of object-oriented structure, but then basically forces you into using those objects in a functional way. Combining that with C# would be pretty nice, and it might be updated now, but when I tried it a while ago the dot net version didn't support HTML5 yet.

I think Godot 4.2 has better integration, but I'm not sure. I'm trying very hard to get into GDScript but not having strict typing and encapsulating functions and statements with white space instead of curly brackets really throws me off haha. Unreal seems CRAZY powerful for sure, but like you said the framework is designed for huge games so even a minimal export is still huge.

Used in my entry for the Last Stand gamejam by gamedev.tv

I used 3 catchy retro songs. I also got feedback in my dms that I made good music choices.

Thank you for letting me use them.

(+1)

hey this is great! 1-bit art style is so hard to pull off but this looks really good. Glad to hear that the music worked so well too! Thanks for sharing :)

Thank you for these fantastic tracks! I used the two Pixel Wars and Out of Time in my https://adam-tilinger.itch.io/galactic-knockball, and it made the game so much more enjoyable.

Hey this is fantastic! Always up for a good game of dodgebal.... knockball :) I like the game's description and the "Astonishingly high res mode". I'm glad that the music helped!

(+1)

Hi, thank you for the amazing music! I used Modern Bits in my game https://smc24dev.itch.io/zombie-box.

(+1)

This is great! not sure if it's just my computer, but I couldn't seem to get the clicking on Zombies to work, or maybe my mouse cursor was offset somehow? Either way, once I was able to spawn humans I was able to make money easier. Fun incremental game you got here!

(+1)

Music was great, thank you! Three of your tracks are my main music for my game here: https://jwoozie.itch.io/knight-in-the-dungeon. All the best!

This is great! I like the stages where you just gotta run and dodge. it really switches things up :)

Hello, I used one of the music you made, and I like it.
However, my game is in Chinese, so you might not understand.
https://muryan.itch.io/small-alien-big-planet

I definitely didn't understand what was being said, but I had fun playing it! :)

Thank you!

Hi, I used your music on my game! Odd-Eye Reels by PulleyBun (itch.io)

Thank you for making amazing tracks, again!!

(+1)

Love the art style in this! I eventually got up to 28 points before the map generation stuck me in a dead end

(+1)

i used 2 of them on this game:
https://geeksonic.itch.io/sticky-toes

Awesome! Glad you like them :)

(+1)

These are so cool!!!11

Glad you like them! Hope you get some good use from the pack :)

(+1)

Thanks a lot for this pack! It's totally awesome :D Box Jump is so catchy, I had to use it for my pixel art game trailer :)

Heck yeah! I'm glad you are digging the tunes :) Best of luck with your game, when you get a link for it I'd love to check it out!

(+1)

I've got it! It's here on itch. Also on Google Play if you prefer a mobile version. Thanks!

https://maciekglowka.itch.io/monk-tower

Oh rad I love games like this, i'll give it a peek :D

(+1)

Great :D ! Let me know if you'd have any feedback.

It's tough! I think I got to floor 8 or 9 before the guys that shoot at me hunted me down. I guess I need to use the wand and magic to get them first huh? Overall it played really well! Some of the menu text and UI ran into itself on the desktop, but nothing that was really awful. I also really loved your shading and how you did the fog of war stuff. Felt very good

(+1)

Hey, used your music in my game
https://minari99.itch.io/neighbors

Hey awesome! Thanks for letting me know. Looks like an interesting idea. Curious to see where it goes

(+1)

Hi, I used your music on my game! *teleports behind you* by PulleyBun (itch.io)
Thank you for making amazing tracks!!

(+1)

This is a great concept! I really dig it. It gets tough when there are two or more robots right next to each other. I think my high score was like 8 haha

(+1)

Hey I have used your assets on my game, your itch.io user is credited on the main screen. Thanks, check it out: https://rhingel.itch.io/colorun

This is fantastic! Really like how it all comes together. Though I did experience some slowdowns when I used the number 2 and 3 abilities. But only the first time so I don't know if something needed to load in or what? Great game!

(+1)

Hey, I love the music. I've just created my first small demo game and used your music. Here is the link to the game: BitJumper (itch.io)

Super cool concept. It's really hard! I almost beat the first screen 😅

(+1)

Hi! I've coincidentally made another game for a game jam with similar vibe from the last one so I used the "Penultimate" track again but the version from this album! Thanks again for this song its way too awesome!

This is great! I like all the different ways the customers "describe" their order. So glad that the music is working for you still :)

(+1)

It's so AMAZING!! I like this song
